The place was cute but extremely dated. There was an awful smell throughout the whole place to the point that we had to go out and buy candles to make the stay bearable. They were non smoking rooms though it smelt as though we were staying in an ashtray. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighboring guests pretty clearly.Our first night at the hotel somewhere between 3-4 am I received a note under the door, saying if I'd like to go out sometime and they gave me their number... I'm still not sure if that was flattering or terrifying... All in all the place was a cheap stay and you get what you pay for but that was the first and last visit.

The room smelled like it had been smoked in before and felt grimy overall. The tile floor was disgusting (I will attach a photo), the grout was literally black with grime. As soon as we got there the toilet was clogged and instead of unclog it…. They handed US the plunger hahahaha we had to call the front desk and ask them again to come unclog it for us after trying unsuccessfully. The curtains were also not darkening or blackout which is important for me to sleep in past sunrise while on vacation (our air bnb which was half the price was a nicer place except for their bed and AC). On that note the beds themselves were clean and comfy which were the redeeming quality and the AC worked well. Just felt like they didn’t really care about the place to clean well. Wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price.

ANTS!! Lots and lots of ants. We were attending the cat show at SNAC for the weekend.When I showed the OWNER the pictures he tried to turn things around on me. He had every excuse in the book. Said we were out in the wrong rooms ( not our fault!). Said the rooms were recently renovated ( really??). Said we got a good rate ( it was previously negotiated by the cat club) . Said we didn’t pay the $25 cat fee( was NEVER part of the negotiated deal). He went on and on. . Finally offered $20 cash. It was pathetic. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. .

Fairly dated no-frills motel that has seen better days. Friendly staff.

The room was dated and never got cleaned on the second day. No more Continental breakfast, limited cable and although we had to leave due to an emergency, we could not get a refund.

Honestly, this is a small and cozy place. The beds are clean, the decor gives it a country feel to it, friendly and helpful owners.I always enjoy my stay everytime I visit Sherbrooke.Plus the location is perfect for quick access to the highway to Montreal.

You get for what you pay for.Just need a good coat of paintKeep in mind this hotel was renovated a while back to have a country type room. Staff is very friendly.
